ELLE Skincare (Review)

Other than running a magazine and fashion line, ELLE has their own skincare line in Taiwan. Besides their Iris Water-Like-Oil which I've shared about previously, I also tried their Foaming Facial Cleanser.

Cleansing is the most important step of your skincare routine as your skin accumulates dirt, excess sebum and other impurities throughout the day/night. ELLE Skincare Foaming Facial Cleanser gently deep cleanses your pores without stripping away your skin's natural oils. It contains 30% of amino acids which helps to replenish lost moisture, hence giving you smooth and moisturised skin after washing your face. It also has deep sea red algae from Northern France to strengthen your skin's self repair ability.

It comes in a plastic tube packaging with a twist cap. The product is a pearly white cream which foams up when added with water. It has a light perfume smell which stays awhile after I've washed it off.

I only need a small amount of the product as it forms a lot of foam when mixed with water. The foam feels velvety when I massage it onto my skin. After washing it off, my skin feels so soft and smooth, not to mention it doesn't give me the dry and squeaky feeling some foam cleansers give. My skin still feels moisturised after, even before I continue with my other skincare products. It cleans my face well, removing any excess sebum and residue of my makeup.

This Foaming Facial Cleanser is sold for RM109 and you get 105g of product in one tube. The price is a bit on the high side but I think it's worth the money for a good cleanser. You can purchase it on allyoung.my
